CRC also offers 1-to-1 Personal Fitness Training in Bristol, which can help you to build your fitness levels & increase your confidence before joining a group environment. This can include a broad range of training methods to develop strength, improve cardiovascular or muscular endurance, address metabolic conditioning or work on injury rehabilitation. This can also include using a variety of equipment & can be tailored to your preferences and/or your personal goals. The aim is to help you to regain full access to your physiology, prepare you for day to day life &/or upgrade your performance in a specific sporting domain.

 

Having a PT is the best way to get one on one attention, helping you to consistently maintain your fitness regime, stay focussed & improve quickly by adopting the most effective & efficient methods of training in a safe & supportive 1-to-1 environment. Having undivided attention from a qualified Personal Trainer allows you to forget about planning your workouts, get constant guidance on nutrition & activity levels, learn how to carry out effective exercise routines & focus on results. 1 to 1 training sessions can be tailored specifically to suit you as an individual with a focus on whatever you choose, including:

Personal Training is £45 per hour session, or £40 when booked in blocks of ten. CRC club members receive a discounted rate of £40 per hour or £36 in blocks of ten.
