CRC Sessions & Runs

CRC is a part of the 'Social Fitness Bristol' family of clubs. The Social Fitness Bristol community consists of not only the Clifton Running, Cycling & Yoga clubs, but also Bristol HIIT Fitness & Social Heroes Adventure Club. 


CRC offers a combination of Run Fitness sessions and Club Long Runs. The CRC Run Fitness sessions are for anyone who can run 5K without stopping/walking & doesn't see them self as a complete beginner. If you feel like you're currently at beginner level and working towards completing your first 5K in the past 6-12 months, then we have the Couch To 5K programme sessions each Tuesday evening. As a rough guide, if you can run 5K or more without walking, whatever the pace, then you'll be fine to join our Run Fitness sessions.


Our Run Fitness sessions are always mixed ability, so you have nothing to worry about when it comes to your fitness levels or pace. You won't be at the back & you won't be at the front, everyone is together as a team taking on the session and improving together. There are options to either regress or progress the intensity of your workout each session too. We also have club long runs every Tuesday & Saturday where you can choose from a selection of distances and join a long slow social run to get your miles in with your fellow CRC brothers & sisters.


CRC Members enjoy free access to Social Heroes Adventure Club, free access to Clifton Cycling Club & access to lots of extras & guidance within our online community too.

If you like variation & diversifying your training, building a little strength, mobility and injury prevention into your schedule then you'll have discounted access to 'Bristol HIIT Fitness' classes with your CRC membership. You'll get unlimited access to Bristol HIIT Fitness classes each week for just £19 per month.

Finally, as you'd imagine, we strongly advise anyone and everyone to take part in regular Yoga classes in order to prevent injury, further improve their movement, mobility, core strength & flexibility. As a CRC member, you get discount on CYC classes. You'll also get further discount on Clifton Yoga Club classes when combined with the CRC & Bristol HIIT Fitness membership. This triple combo means you'll get a blend of run fitness & functional HIIT training, plus a Yoga class every week (Silver CYC Membership) for just £24 per month (less than £6 per class!).

Joining Up

Joining the club is simple. Just click the 'Join CRC' button on the menu above and follow the instructions. After your first free session, you can simply return to the 'Join CRC' link to complete your sign up & become a a CRC Member. That's it!

Taking the first step is always the most difficult part, that's why we make every effort possible to ensure that you feel welcomed & a part of the community from your very first session. Rest assured that we have new members joining almost every week, from all over the UK & other countries too. We're super lucky to have an incredibly warm & welcoming bunch of members who are all just as keen to meet new people and make new friends. So come say hello & join the fun!
