Couch To 5K
Bored of trying to get started on your own? Following a boring run walk programme alone without the motivation & enjoyment of achieving your goals together with a friendly & social community that are just like you?
This coached CT5K group programme is designed for those starting out on their running journey or feeling a little less confident about their running & fitness levels. Our Couch To 5K runners get together every Tuesday evening at 7pm for a coached running session alongside a weekly programme of progressive runs to build you up together with your CRC family.
Every week we're out there together, having fun, feeling good, getting fit, making friends & improving as a team, one step at a time. This CT5K programme is the perfect starting point for anyone in Bristol just starting out in their running and fitness journey, those returning after some time out or individuals who are simply less confident. We design all CRC sessions to be engaging, fun, varied & welcoming.
Once we've got you going & past that 5K run target, or whenever you feel ready, you can hop straight on to our other Run Fitness sessions that can progress you onwards & upwards from there. CRC's coached fitness classes are always mixed ability sessions. So, once you've conquered that 5K target, you can join these sessions without having to worry about the levels of others.

Social Fitness Bristol Community - As part of the Social Fitness Bristol family of clubs, CRC members get access to a community of over 300 people. You'll have activities, trips, access to Personal Trainer guidance & more in our online community.
