Early Birds Sessions

In 2017 we launched the Clifton Early Birds Running Club & it's been amazing! At 6:30am on Monday's and Wednesday's throughout the summer months, these 45 minute morning blast sessions are a slightly shorter version of the evening sessions that day, only they're for early birds who love a good morning workout to kick-start their day. Carpe diem!

 

Our sessions are always mixed ability sessions, so whether you are just starting out or have been at it for years, as long as you love the mornings then the early birds club is for you. CRC memberships are access all areas (except Yoga), this means you can attend both, or a mixture of, the evening & morning sessions. As always with CRC, we'll be encouraging socials at every opportunity and there are plenty of people to come and join the fun with at every opportunity. CRC members are able to enjoy a growing number of discounts with local services & businesses too, including local running shops. These member discounts are set to expand vastly into new areas of local products and services too!

Joining Up

Joining up to the club is simple. Just click the 'Join CRC' button on the menu above. After your first free session, you can simply return to the 'Join CRC' link to complete your sign up & become a a CRC Member. That's it!

Taking the first step is always the most difficult part. Rest assured that we have new members joining almost every week, plenty of members from all over the UK & other countries and we're super lucky to have an incredibly welcoming bunch of members who are all just as keen to meet new people and make new friends. Come say hello & join the fun!
